Gift Vouchers & Purchases

All purchases made through Gifted Moments are intended as gift experiences and are subject to availability and booking conditions.

Gift vouchers:

Are non-refundable
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Must be redeemed within the validity period stated on the voucher
May be transferred to another recipient upon request

Prices and inclusions are subject to change without notice due to supplier availability and seasonal changes.

Bookings & Availability

All experiences are subject to:

Weather conditions
Supplier operating conditions
Seasonal changes
Minimum stay requirements where applicable

Gifted Moments will always do its best to assist customers with preferred dates; however, bookings cannot be guaranteed until confirmed with the experience provider.

We recommend booking experiences in advance, particularly during peak periods and holiday seasons.

Third-Party Providers

Gifted Moments acts as a booking and gifting platform connecting customers with curated third-party experiences.

While we carefully select our providers, Gifted Moments is not responsible for:

Changes made by suppliers
Cancellation of experiences
Weather disruptions
Injury, loss, damage, or personal expenses incurred during an experience
Supplier operational issues beyond our control

Customers may also be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the individual experience provider.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our experiences and gift products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

However, where possible, we may assist with:

Date changes
Voucher extensions
Alternative experiences
Transfer of gift vouchers

Requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and remain subject to supplier approval and availability.
